Welcome to Otakumarc.com booking and payment site. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payments

All deposits made for tattoo bookings are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Appointments canceled for any reason will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients have up to 7 days prior to the appointment date to reschedule. A $100 fee will be charged for rescheduling. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the tattoo for the first and second rescheduling instances.
On the third rescheduling request, a $200 fee will be charged. This fee will NOT be applied to the total cost of the tattoo.
All Payments made for services online via card or in person are final and no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to approve and decline the booking request of any tattoo.

3. Discounts and Promotions

Only one coupon code may be used per booking.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Account Creation and Management

Users can sign up for an account using Facebook, Gmail, or other approved methods.
By signing up, users agree to receive emails, chat messages, and text messages about our services.
Users can track and manage their appointments through their account dashboard.

5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

Otakumarc.com shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service or any other claim related in any way to your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
